series of 10 lessons - $150 (first introductory class free)

Introductory class - 6:00 PM
Intermediate/Advanced class - 7:15 PM
- Thursdays: September 4th - November 13th
Intermediate/Advanced class - 10:15 AM
- Please note: Drop Ins MUST call for the Monday night class. There is always room in the 9:30/ 10:30 Thursday class. Cost for drop ins is $18 per class. If you miss a class you are welcome to make it up in the other day that week if there is room. If there is a question about class cancellation because of weather, I will decide by 5:30 Mon. evening or 8 :30 Thurs.morning
- Functional Integration Lessons
- Monday through Friday - $80 per appointment
- Sounder Sleep Sominar
- October 17 and 18
